Frank Pasquill, President

As Principal Consultant, Frank Pasquill offers clients twenty-five years of experience in large-scale organizational change. He has held several corporate positions during the fifteen years spent as an internal change agent, including Vice President of Human Resources. During fifteen years of internal consulting, he identified strongly with the concerns of line management and successfully involved them in the design and implementation of applied human relations training. This included such areas as customer service, selling, leadership, coaching, negotiating, problem solving, career development and performance management. With the commitment of every level of management, low cost improvements were quickly and effectively cascaded from the Chief Executive Officer right down to the front line staff. As an external consultant, Frank is as comfortable interpreting market research statistics as he is leading a team building session. A results-oriented, pragmatic problem solver, he carefully plans and organizes his projects to finish on time, and within budget. While focusing on the quality of customer service, he simultaneously works to improve the back room systems that influence front line behavior. By developing a customer effective organization, he assists the client in "Building C.E.O. Service".

Janet Candido, Vice President

With over eighteen years of experience, Janet demonstrates strong organizational change management skills, with a particular focus on the management of human resources from a strategic business perspective. As an internal consultant, Janet was effective in translating the business strategy into Human Resources programs and services. She is adept in all facets from needs analysis through instructional design, to the delivery of final product, using training as a key change management tool. Her training programs have included a diverse range of topics such as leadership, sales, negotiations, performance management, customer service and project financial management. As an external consultant, Janet brings insight into how corporations can change the behaviours of employees to align them to corporate strategies and implement new corporate initiatives. . A powerful communicator and change agent, she has the ability to deal effectively and appropriately with staff on all levels of an organization.
